Christmas Light Installation Technician
Job Type: Seasonal / Part-Time / Full-Time

We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and motivated team members to join our Christmas light installation crew. This is a hands-on, physically demanding position that involves installing, removing, and maintaining Christmas lights and holiday decorations on residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities
- Install and remove Christmas lights and holiday decorations
- Work safely on ladders, rooftops, and elevated surfaces
- Lift, carry, and move equipment, ladders, lights, and materials
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Follow installation plans and company instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work efficiently as part of a team
- Provide professional and respectful service to customers
- Help troubleshoot and repair lighting installations when needed
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
Requirements
- Must be comfortable working on ladders and roofs
- Must be physically capable of performing the duties of the job
- Must be reliable and dependable
- Must have good attendance and be available to work flexible hours
- Must be willing to work long days and extended hours during the busy holiday season
- Must be willing to learn new skills and follow instructions
- Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must be comfortable working outdoors
- Ability to work well independently and with a team
- Previous Christmas light installation, roofing, construction, landscaping, or similar experience is a plus, but not required

This job is not for someone who is uncomfortable with heights, ladders, roofs, physical work, or long hours.
Seasonal Schedule
The Christmas light season can be fast-paced and demanding. Employees should expect long workdays and increased hours during peak season, including the possibility of evenings and weekends depending on customer schedules and weather.
Compensation
Pay: $20 to $25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
