Agentforce Product Manager

Location: East Hanover, NJ – Hybrid (3 days onsite and 2 days remote)
Experience: 5 years in product management, AI products, CRM platforms, or enterprise SaaS

Job Purpose

The Agentforce Product Manager will own the roadmap, backlog, and enterprise delivery of AI agent capabilities leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, architecture, engineering, security, privacy, and AI governance teams to deliver reusable, secure, and scalable AI solutions across marketing, sales, and other business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and qualify incoming requests for Agentforce features and capabilities, documenting business needs, expected outcomes, risks, and opportunities for reuse.
• Define the Agentforce product roadmap and prioritize enterprise requirements based on business value, readiness, governance, dependencies, and delivery capacity.
• Own and maintain the product backlog, including epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Data Cloud product teams to establish governed data context for AI agents, including unified profiles, data objects, calculated insights, and permissions.
• Coordinate planning and dependencies across engineering, architecture, security, privacy, and AI governance teams.
• Ensure responsible AI practices, including appropriate guardrails, human oversight, traceability, and required governance approvals.
• Partner with technical teams to design, build, test, release, and support reusable Agentforce capabilities.
• Define evaluation criteria for accuracy, grounding, reliability, access control, user experience, and escalation to human support.
• Drive adoption through stakeholder engagement, training, operational feedback, and continuous improvement.
• Track business outcomes, product adoption, delivery progress, quality, and governance compliance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant product management, AI product, CRM platform, automation, or enterprise SaaS experience.
• Strong understanding of AI-enabled products, agent workflows, grounding, context management, access controls, and responsible AI governance.
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud, or comparable enterprise AI and customer data platforms.
• Experience managing agile roadmaps and backlogs across business and technical teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Prior pharma or life sciences experience is required.
• Local candidates in New Jersey who can meet the hybrid schedule are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce CRM, Agentforce, Data Cloud, APIs, workflow automation, and enterprise integration experience.
• Familiarity with AI evaluation, prompt design, monitoring, and incident management.
• Experience working in regulated industries with stringent privacy and compliance requirements.

Salary : $80 - $100
