Moulder Operator

You'll help bring custom millwork to life by running machines, inspecting parts, and making sure everything meets our high-quality standards. (Must have relatable experience)

What You'll Do:

• Complete daily tasks and stay on schedule with a high level of ownership
• Follow work orders, drawings, and procedures to complete routine production tasks
• Set up and operate woodworking machines like edge banders, molders, shapers, dowel machines, various saws, wide belt sanders, drilling machines, laser cutters, lathes, and grinders
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
• Label and tag parts and materials properly
• Help keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe

What We're Looking For:

• Experience using woodworking tools and machinery
• Comfortable reading and working from millwork drawings
• Strong attention to quality and detail in your work
• Open to cross-training and learning new skills
• Can follow instructions and past work practices to get the job done right
• Able to lift materials up to 40 lbs. repeatedly, and perform physical tasks like standing, gripping, turning, and twisting throughout the shift

Salary : $40,000 - $70,000
