What are the responsibilities and job description for the Moulder Operator position at MERRITT WOODWORK?

You'll help bring custom millwork to life by running machines, inspecting parts, and making sure everything meets our high-quality standards. (Must have relatable experience)
What You'll Do:
- Complete daily tasks and stay on schedule with a high level of ownership
- Follow work orders, drawings, and procedures to complete routine production tasks
- Set up and operate woodworking machines like edge banders, molders, shapers, dowel machines, various saws, wide belt sanders, drilling machines, laser cutters, lathes, and grinders
- Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
- Label and tag parts and materials properly
- Help keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe
What We're Looking For:
- Experience using woodworking tools and machinery
- Comfortable reading and working from millwork drawings
- Strong attention to quality and detail in your work
- Open to cross-training and learning new skills
- Can follow instructions and past work practices to get the job done right
- Able to lift materials up to 40 lbs. repeatedly, and perform physical tasks like standing, gripping, turning, and twisting throughout the shift
Salary : $40,000 - $70,000
