Job Overview
Merritt Supply is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our warehouse team in Pompano Beach, Florida. We currently have multiple full-time positions available.
The Warehouse Associate will help receive, organize, pick, and prepare merchandise while keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately
- Refill shelves and warehouse picking locations
- Organize and properly store inventory
- Assist with receiving and putting away incoming merchandise
- Maintain accurate product and bin locations
- Keep warehouse aisles, shelves, and work areas clean and organized
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries when needed
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrectly located inventory
- Follow warehouse safety procedures
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, stocking, shipping, receiving, or order-picking experience preferred
- Dependable and able to arrive on time consistently
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using handheld scanners or willing to learn
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
- Able to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Forklift experience is helpful but not required
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Monday through Friday
- Daytime warehouse schedule
- Reliable attendance is required
