Overview
Provide guests with a fully-stocked and well-maintained mini-bar on a consistent basis throughout their stay.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Inventory all guest mini-bars on a daily basis and post the appropriate charges to the room prior to guest departure.
Clean the mini-bars on a regular basis.
Inspect all equipment and ensure excellent working condition. If repairs are needed inform the *Engineering Staff.
Maintain a fully stocked inventory of all mini-bar items.
Stock the mini-bar cart with necessary items in order to complete rounds
Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
Requires organization and flexibility and a problem solving approach to all duties.
Ability to be mobile for significant distances within building on the property with or without reasonable accommodations.
Effective verbal and written communication skills. *Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences, such as effectively communicating with supervisors, coworkers, public etc.
