Located in the middle of the most prestigious part of Uptown Dallas, The Stoneleigh is a storied landmark with a rich and alluring legacy. The Stoneleigh has recently completed a $20.0M renovation, and has relaunched as part of Marriott's prestigious Autograph Collection. All 176 rooms and public areas have been renovated, including our restaurant, Lions Den, and our bar, Bar Leonessa. Lions Den is the new home of the next restaurant from awarding-winning chef, Chef Michael White. Chef Michael White has many culinary accolades including the James Beard award; 5 simultaneous Michelin stars; and multiple New York Times 3-star and 4-star reviews. Greet guests and attend to their pool-related needs including, but not limited to, relocating chairs and/or umbrellas,Welcome guests upon arrival, assist with seating, and provide accurate wait times during busy periods. confirming registration and issuing recreational equipment, etc.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain equipment including, but not limited to, umbrellas, speakers, rafts, pool toys, etc.
Monitor use of the facility and address and/or report potential hazards
Respond to guest inquiries and service issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Provide guest with information regarding hotel and local area amenities.
Perform general Recreation duties, as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 6 months customer service experience
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
Ability to bend, stoop, walk and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
Willingness to obtain a CPR certification
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be detail oriented, have high standards, and able to work independently
