Job Title: Rooftop Pool Bar Food Runner

Job Description: We are currently searching for a detail-oriented and efficient Food Runner to join our LM Poolside team. As a Food Runner, you play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of food and beverages to Merritt members and guests, contributing to an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities/Duties:

· Effectively execute the timely and accurate delivery of food and beverage orders from the kitchen to members using a Point of Sale (POS) system.

· Respond promptly to any member requests, maintaining a friendly and positive attitude.

· Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to coordinate and prioritize orders for efficient service.

· Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, contributing to the overall cleanliness of the kitchen, pool deck and bar areas.

· Notify the manager of any discrepancies or issues with orders to ensure prompt resolution.

· Collaborate with servers and bartenders to enhance teamwork and ensure a smooth operation.

· Complete daily side work and assist in opening/closing duties as directed by the manager.

· Adhere to established policies, procedures, and service standards to maintain a consistent and high-quality member experience.

· Develop a comprehensive understanding of LM Poolside menus, specials, offerings, and events.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience as a food runner in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant, bar, or similar setting is preferred.

· Positive and outgoing attitude, with the ability to work efficiently in a team.

· Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· Self-driven and motivated, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

· High school diploma or equivalent education.

· Punctuality and reliable attendance are essential.

· Basic knowledge of food presentation, preparation, and handling is a plus.
