We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Spanish Teacher to inspire and educate students during this pivotal stage of their academic journey. For the fall of 2026, we are looking to fill a Spanish Teacher vacancy who will work with Kindergarten through high school aged students.
In this role, you will foster a positive and engaging learning environment where students develop their Spanish language proficiency and appreciation for diverse cultures. Duties
- Design and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards across multiple grade levels.
- Deliver engaging instruction that incorporates innovative learning technology and differentiated strategies to meet diverse student needs.
- Assess student progress through standardized testing, formative assessments, and project-based evaluations; provide timely feedback to support growth.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively through proactive behavior management techniques and positive reinforcement strategies.
- Mentor and support students academically and socially, fostering a safe and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, extracurricular activities—including sports coaching—and school-wide initiatives.
- Engage in ongoing professional development related to childhood development, special education, Montessori methods, or other educational approaches.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress, behavior, and upcoming activities through conferences and written reports.
- Assist in education administration tasks such as lesson planning documentation, curriculum review, and participating in school events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification.
- Demonstrated classroom experience working with children at the middle school level.
- Proficiency in learning technology tools and digital resources to enhance instruction.
- Excellent communication skills for public speaking, mentoring, and collaborating with colleagues and families.
- Experience with curriculum development.
- Background in sports coaching or physical education is a plus for supporting extracurricular activities.
- Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and literacy education strategies.
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively while fostering creativity, critical thinking, and childhood development principles.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
