Position: Junior Varsity Volleyball Coach
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable JV Volleyball Coach to join our athletic program. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on student-athletes by teaching volleyball fundamentals, promoting teamwork, and fostering a positive, competitive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead practices focused on skill development and team growth.
- Coach JV volleyball games and supervise student-athletes during practices and competitions.
- Model and promote good sportsmanship, leadership, and respect.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school staff.
- Support the overall volleyball program and collaborate with the varsity coaching staff.
- Follow all school and athletic association policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Volleyball playing and/or coaching experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate and mentor student-athletes.
- Must complete all required background checks and coaching certifications before the season begins.
