Administrative Nursing Supervisor 24hrs 7:00pm - 7:00am

At Merrimack Health, we are committed to pay transparency and equity. The base salary range is $37.72– $81.76, excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses.

Your final base salary will be determined based on your education, experience, licensure, and internal equity considerations. Offers are typically made below the top of the range to support future salary growth.

The Nursing Administrative Supervisor assumes accountability and management of inpatient units. Coordinates, maintains, and monitors standards of care and practice, and makes appropriate decisions regarding staffing levels in accordance with patient throughput activity and acuity levels. Provides leadership and direction to charge nurses and staff to ensure optimum use of resources including during crises and emergencies.

Required:

• Current Massachusetts RN License and BSN required
• Minimum of three years staff experience with charge responsibilities
• Critical care and/or emergency experience preferred
• Demonstrated skill in leadership, management, and interpersonal relationships
