We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide essential administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate will be the welcoming face and voice of our company, greeting visitors with a warm demeanor.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and clients in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system, taking accurate messages when necessary.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and common area, ensuring it is presentable at all times.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, distributing them to the appropriate recipients.
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders for replacements as needed.
- Provide administrative support.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Part time hours afternoon till close and rotating weekends.
