Director, Financial Planning and Analysis

At Merrimack Health, we are committed to pay transparency and equity. The base salary range is $72.40 to $90.50 hourly, excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses.Your final base salary will be determined based on your education, experience, licensure, and internal equity considerations. Offers are typically made below the top of the range to support future salary growth.

This position will be focused on supporting the execution and management of various functions of the Financial Planning department. The Director will be responsible for collecting and analyzing large datasets, building predictive models and dashboards using statistics, and communicating complex insights through visualizations to drive data-driven business decisions. This will be done by collaborating with cross-functional teams and developing algorithms to solve problems. The position will require very strong organizational and structuring skills, strong analytics/analysis ability, and a high degree of collaboration/partnership with members of different departments within the Hospital and its medical group.
