What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate, Supply Chain Operations position at Merrimack Health?
Position Summary
Performs a wide range of duties associated with directing all persons entering or telephoning the main lobby seeking hospital information. This includes looking up where visitors can find the specific patients they are visiting, finding out what appointments people have and where to go. Receptionists provide excellent customer service to both patients and hospital.
EDUCATION AND RELATED EXPERIENCE:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years’ experience in dealing with the public/customer service.
- Excellent computer skills including email, and MS Word.
- Efficient typing skills.
- Experience using multi-line phone system.
Preferred:
- Associate degree.
- Experience using paragon or other EMR software.
Location: Merrimack Health · Materials Management
Schedule: 6:00am - 2:30pm, M-F
Salary : $19 - $28
