Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for the Vice President position at Merrimack Group, with an office based in Nashua, NH. The role will involve managing transaction processes, building and maintaining client relationships, executing complex mergers and acquisitions, conducting financial analyses, and providing strategic advisory services. Responsibilities also include leading internal teams, preparing presentations and marketing materials, and ensuring seamless client engagements. While the role is primarily office-based, some work-from-home flexibility is available.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years deal execution experience and 5 closed transactions
- Proficiency in financial modeling, due diligence, and valuation techniques
- Strong expertise in client relationship management and strategic advisory
- Excellent leadership, project management, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions or investment banking roles
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- Experience in manufacturing, technology, lighting, or fabrication industries preferred
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to client success
