- Plan and lead group fitness classes tailored to older adults
- Promote classes through events and outreach
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment
- Respond to resident needs with empathy and professionalism
- Support community wellness goals and perform other duties as needed
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Group Fitness Certification (ACE or equivalent) within 3 months of hire
- 2 years of experience, preferably with older adults
- Strong communication, customer service, and time management skills
- Knowledge of injury prevention, emergency procedures, and group fitness best practices
