- Supporting memory care residents through coordination and delivery of personal care services
- Assisting with resident move-ins, assessments, and care planning
- Monitoring and documenting resident conditions and service needs
- Ensuring accurate records and regulatory compliance
- Providing hands-on personal care and engaging with families and staff to support quality outcomes
- Acting as a key liaison between residents, families, and department leaders
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- 2 years of experience in senior living, especially memory care or assisted living
