Merrifield Garden and Design is hiring two part-time Experienced Gardeners / Landscapers who are available to start the week of August 3rd.

About the Role
We’re looking for immediate part-time help with gardening and landscape work. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working outdoors, likes physical work, and takes pride in detailed, hands-on work.
Typical tasks include:
- Mulching, edging, and weeding
- Caring for perennials and shrubs
- Installing new plants
- Pruning shrubs
Position Details
- Part-time, seasonal position - parent hours available
- 2 to 4 day per week options
- 4 to 8 hour shifts
- At least 8 hours of weekday availability required
- Work takes place weekdays between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM
- Jobs are located within about 30 minutes of Wayland, Massachusetts
Who We’re Looking For
- Available to start as early as the week of August 3rd and work through the fall
- Has a reliable vehicle to commute to jobsites
- Able to travel within 30 minutes of Wayland
- Physically fit, stamina, and the ability to keep a strong working pace
- Comfortable working outdoors in hot weather
- Dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
