Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. No Sales Experience necessary!! This position is in house at our Alda, Nebraska plant. If you have a great attitude, excellent attendance, and able to type a minimum of 40 words per minute apply with us! You will be responsible for driving sales growth through communication and relationship-building with customers. The Inside Sales Representative will engage in outbound calling and building rapport with existing customers, as well as working to bring on new customers. This is a family owned and operated business since 1959. We provide the best customer service in the industry! Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Utilize CRM software
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Type a minimum of 40 word per minute

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
