- Providing individualized care to residents with memory impairments, including activities of daily living, medication management, and behavioral support
- Developing and implementing personalized care plans that address the unique needs of each resident
- Building strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure a holistic approach to care
- Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and address any concerns or issues
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassion, empathy, and understanding of the needs of individuals with memory impairments
- CMA license required
