As a certified CMA-Memory Care-Nights, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Provide CMA-level care to memory care residents, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and observations
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless communication and care coordination
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet the needs of our residents
- Current certification as a CMA (Certified Medical Assistant)
- Experience working in a memory care setting or a related field
- Ability to work varying shifts, including night shifts and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassion and empathy for residents and their families
