Qualifications:
Required:
- Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Care Program with an A.A.S. or B.S. degree
- Current Registered Respiratory Therapist credential from the NBRC
- Valid Virginia state license to practice Respiratory Care
- BLS certification
- Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Compassionate patient care approach
Preferred:
- Previous experience as a Respiratory Therapist (new graduates welcome to apply)
- Experience with adult, pediatric, and newborn patients
- ACLS, PALS, and/or NRP certifications
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
- Team-oriented with strong organizational skills
