If you need to get licensed, we'll walk you through that process alongside your sales training so you're not sitting idle waiting to start earning.
The Lead Model
You'll work exclusively with warm, inbound leads - people who reached out specifically asking about life insurance coverage. There's no cold calling anywhere in this role, at any point.
What You Can Realistically Earn
Pay is uncapped commission, averaging $800 to $1,200 per sale. Realistic year-one totals:
Both figures reflect genuinely uncapped potential, with performance-based incentives layered on top of standard commission, and pay issued on a daily/weekly basis.
