Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Staff Accountant.
Summary of Duties :
- Maintain vendor system (a / c set up and change management)
- Preparing accounts payable entries and expenses entries
- Maintain Concur systems (account set up, expense report management, accounting entries prepared)
- Update employee information in accounting systema and Concur
- Maintain credit card expenses booking and reconciliation
- Prepare vendor / expenses reports in accordance with operational and management requirements
- Managing daily communication with vendors and employees
- Help with 1099 tax filing
- Help with the weekly payment run
- Assisting with audit fieldwork for both operational and financial audits
- Supporting month-end and year-end close
