Merlin Industries Inc. is seeking a dedicated and eager person to join our team. You will be responsible for covering the front desk as needed and maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect common areas throughout the space
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate area
- Coordinate and sett up conference rooms as directed
- Maintain pantries, order supplies, and restock as needed
- Cover the reception, answer calls, manager outlook, and edit the calendar as needed
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge on Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook
- Maintain a highly professional appearance and demeanor
- Able to quickly transition from one task to another
- Proven track record of excellent attendance, punctuality, and dependability
- Stand and walk for extended periods, travel between facility floors, and perform light lifting
