Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various areas, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests. Duties: - Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards - Change linens and make beds - Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors - Dust furniture and fixtures - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners - Replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels - Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel - Adhere to housekeeping procedures and guidelines - Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned Requirements: - Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial work, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting - Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment used in industrial cleaning - Familiarity with floor care (e.g., vacuuming, mopping, polishing) - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently - Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks - Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift/move heavy objects if necessary - Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
