- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to manage calls, take messages, and communicate with other departments.
- Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements
