At Merlin's Complete Auto Care, we have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Automotive Sales Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. As an Automotive Sales Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth at our Batavia, IL location.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
In this position, you will make an hourly base pay plus sales bonuses.
All that you need is:
- Retail sales experience required
- Experience with Point Of Sale Financing required (Synchrony, CFNA, Snap, Koalifi)
- Experience in sales
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Hands-on experience with POS transactions
- Proficiency in English
- Basic math skills
- Familiarity with inventory procedures
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR AUTOMOTIVE SALES SERVICE ADVISOR?
Your mission will be to present a great first impression to our customers and ensure they feel confident in choosing our services. Working closely with customers, you will have the opportunity to determine their needs, answer their questions, and recommend the right solutions. By providing excellent sales service and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, you will play a crucial role in achieving our shop sales goals on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, answering phones, scheduling customer appointments, assessing customer needs, discussing product/service features and options, cross-selling products, offering customer payment options including "No Credit" financing, processing point of sale purchases, complying with inventory control procedures, and maintaining a professional and clean customer and office area.
