Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of skincare services including facials, waxing, brow laminations, lashes, and other skincare services.
- Provide professional advice on skincare products and regimes tailored to individual client needs.
- Provide makeup application for special occasions and events, ensuring clients look and feel their best.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base by providing outstanding service and building strong relationships.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the salon.
- Handle client consultations, appointments, and follow-up communication professionally.
Qualifications:
- Valid Esthetician License.
- Proven experience in performing, facials, waxing, body treatments, brow laminations, and other skincare services.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and their application.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and services.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly Wage:Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
