MERJ fleet Services, Inc. has been serving WNY and the surrounding areas since May of 2015. Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Creating repair orders for customer vehicles in QBs with documenting necessary vehicle information and mechanical issues/problems before vehicle arrives to shop.
- Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment, and skill of technicians.
- Communication between you and the customers pertaining to estimates, change in cost accrued during repair and completion of job.
- Emphasis placed on ability to successfully interact with customers for scheduling repair appointments, repair approvals, and follow-up.
- Creation of estimates for customers in coordination with Parts, and shop manager.
- Responsible for providing customer inspection forms to the mechanics for completion.
- Manage and report customer PM history and notify customers of upcoming maintenance due.
- Answer phones for Rochester garage and coordinate with shop manager for service repairs.
- Completion of written work orders with all parts pricing and labor descriptions, which includes reviewing mechanics repair stories for accuracy in coordination with Foreman.
- Responsible for entering any COD work orders into QBs, accepting payment from COD customers and processing credit cards, check and/or cash payments.
- Scheduling bulk DEF, oil, propane tank deliveries.
- Responsible for invoicing 3rd party accounts with customers.
- Must coordinate with any sublet vendors involving repairs.

Experience:
- Parts ordering : 1 year (Preferred)
- service advising with truck and trailer repair : 3 years (Preferred)
