Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Management Trainee to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for individuals looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced retail environment, working along side our client AT&T Wireless.
As a Sales Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of driving in-store promotions, including customer service, retail sales, and team leadership. This position is entry level, so no prior experience is required, and offers an excellent opportunity for learning and growth within the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Support in-store marketing and sales efforts for our client, delivering exceptional customer service
- Participate in and contribute to team meetings
- Assist with training and motivating team members to hit sales goals
- Handle customer interactions and track sales accurately
- Execute sales techniques to engage customers and drive results
- Follow all company guidelines to ensure a safe and compliant workspace
