Overview
Meritus Solutions Group (Meritus) is an SBA certified Department of Veteran Affairs Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. Meritus provides critical infrastructure services to Federal agencies throughout the United States.
Synopsis
Meritus requires unarmed security officers (also known as guard escorts) in support of U.S. Naval infrastructure services aboard Naval Base Kitsap (NBK). Escorts are required to demonstrate high proficiency in government security and force protection operations to include escorting various contractors to numerous naval construction contracts.
Requirements
U.S. Citizen
Secret Security Clearance (company can assist in obtaining)
Minimum of 18 years of age
No experience is required.
Pass a Comprehensive Background Investigation to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
Shall fluently speak, read, comprehend, and compose coherent written reports in English
Pass Drug Screen
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent
DD214 (if prior service)
PAY:
UNARMED GUARD | 23.89 per hour (eff 1 Oct 2025) | Health and Welfare 5.50 per hour (eff 1 Oct 2025) |
Certifications
Valid Driver’s License
