Office Secretary | Full Time
Monday-Friday | Core Shift: between 7a-5:30pm
72 hrs Biweekly

This position supports clerical, secretarial, registration, and collection activities that help fulfill our mission to improve the health of our community.
You’ll be responsible for managing patient registry services, verifying and updating demographic and insurance information, coordinating appointments, and ensuring exam orders are complete and accurate. Your attention to detail and communication skills will help create a smooth experience for patients while supporting the goals and objectives of the practice.
Key Responsibilities

Provide clerical and secretarial support to ensure efficient office operations

Perform patient registration and collection activities across assigned areas

Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information as needed

Review exam requests and insurance documentation for completeness and required physician signatures

Schedule appointments and coordinate exam preparation instructions with patients

Ensure accuracy and completeness of ordered exam information

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling patient information

Minimum Qualifications
Education

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous experience in a medical office and with computer systems preferred
