Key Functions of the Enrollment Representative:

  • Sell AT&T B2B products directly to business clients through in-person appointments.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Deliver product presentations tailored to each client’s business needs.
  • Prospect and qualify new leads using proven outreach strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales enrollment activity and client interactions.
  • Hit weekly and monthly performance targets consistently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline client onboarding.
  • Stay current on AT&T offerings and competitive positioning.

Desired Qualities of the Enrollment Representative:

  • Previous customer-facing or sales experience preferred
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $900.00 - $1,400.00 per week
