Share point is their primary documentation repository
Needs someone to oversee share point inventory, implement and design workflows in Power platform
Testing of sites, sharing knowledge with end users, record retention, managing security, etc
Need to have strong content management
This is a big transition from on prem to share point online – This person needs to guide them through the process
