Job Description:
Looking for Mainframe storage engg; with min 5 years of exp with exp is DISK or TAPE or both
They use Hitachi DISK and that too not open ended
for Tape-they use IBM virtual
Candidate will be doing BAU storage work along with technical writing background required;
as the resource will be used to review preciseness and procedures for current documents and build new docs
FYI –
DISK – Hitachi Disk Storage (DASD – Direct Access Storage Device) (IBM 3390, Hitachi disk arrays)
TAPE- IBM TAPE Storage – IBM Virtual Tape Systems (VTS).
