Meritan, Inc., a Tennessee-based health, human, and social services nonprofit, is seeking a compassionate candidate to join its Specialized Foster Care team as Senior Vice President. The Senior Vice President is a mission-driven role with global oversight over Meritan’s regional foster care operations. Reporting to the CEO, this leader is responsible for overall program strategic planning, budgeting, fund and revenue-source development, relationship-building with key stakeholders, mitigation of risk, regulatory compliance, and service-delivery quality. The Senior Vice President will work closely with governmental and non-governmental agencies, Executive Staff, and team members to enhance program goals.Occasional travel is required to offices in Tennessee, Mississippi and Georgia

Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Human Services or related field. At least 5 years managerial experience in child welfare, human services, and/or non-profit management. Demonstrated skill and experience working in the child welfare field; preferably experience in family-based foster care, program outcomes, and engagement. Experience managing multiple program locations.
Salary : $110,000 - $145,000
