National Sales Internship

Responsibilities

Our internship program is designed to help you not only understand what we do but how and why we do it. This internship will be for February 2026.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented National Sales Intern to support our Road to Sales Mastery, Road to Construction Mastery, and Road to Purchasing Mastery training programs. This internship offers hands-on experience in planning and executing national training events that empower professionals across the sales, construction and purchasing department at Meritage Homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Coordination: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing in-person and virtual events for our mastery programs.
• Logistics Management: Coordinate room bookings, catering, travel arrangements, and accommodations for attendees and speakers.
• Registration & Communication: Manage participant registration, send event confirmations, and provide timely updates to our senior leaders.
• On-Site Support: Provide assistance during events, including setup, attendee check-in, and troubleshooting.
• Post-Event Reporting: Gather feedback, compile attendance data, and assist in creating event performance reports.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Actively enrolled in a college or university program (Business Administration, Sales, Operations, Project Management, Communications, Event Management, Marketing, Real Estate or other related coursework’s).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with event management tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, provide follow up and execution to various projects as part of a team.
