What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate position at Merit Integrated Logistics?
Merit Logistics is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our growing team!This full-time position is responsible for unloading and processing warehouse stock products in a fast-paced environment. This position may utilize heavy equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to complete assigned tasks.
Benefits:
- $18.00/ hour incentive
- Weekly Pay

Minimum Qualifications:
- Reliably commute to and from the facility
- Ability to work independently or with a team
- Able to lift 5lbs. to 75lbs throughout the shift
- Stand for an extended period
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to work a full shift in various temperatures (freezer, cooler, or dry section) when required
- Steel-toed shoes (required)
Responsibilities:
- Unload and process/ break down warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, sort)
- Gather cardboard and plastic wrap, and assemble boxes
- Maintain a clean working environment on the dock
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
