We’re seeking a Remote Bilingual Recruiter who thrives in fast‑paced logistics environments and can support warehouse startups across multiple states. This role is 70–80% remote, with 20–30% travel for onsite hiring events, ramp‑ups, and operational launches. The ideal candidate is Spanish‑speaking, tech‑savvy, and comfortable managing large applicant pipelines while partnering closely with Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- High‑volume warehouse recruiting — Source, screen, and hire warehouse associates, leads, and support roles across multiple markets.
- Remote recruiting operations — Manage requisitions, candidate pipelines, and communication through ATS, sourcing platforms, and digital tools.
- Travel support — Travel 20–30% of the year to support new site startups, orientations, and urgent staffing needs.
- Bilingual candidate engagement — Conduct interviews, orientations, and communication in both Spanish and English.
- Tech‑savvy recruiting — Use ATS systems, Google Workspace, video‑interview tools, and digital onboarding platforms.
- Compliance accuracy — Ensure proper documentation, I‑9/E‑Verify completion, and adherence to company hiring standards.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 20–30% of the year.
- 1 years of recruiting experience; logistics/warehouse preferred.
- Comfortable with ATS platforms, digital tools, and remote‑work technology.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow‑through.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring priorities.
