Qualifications
Proven experience in assisted living or nursing home settings with a strong understanding of long-term care regulations and Medicare requirements.

Extensive knowledge of MDS (Minimum Data Set), care planning, documentation review, and regulatory compliance procedures.

Experience managing teams within home health agencies or hospice care environments is highly desirable.
