Merit Hospice is looking for a dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team serving patients and families throughout the DFW area. This is more than a nursing job — it’s an opportunity to make a meaningful difference during life’s most important moments.
What You’ll Do
- Provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients in homes and facilities
- Develop and coordinate individualized care plans
- Support patients and families with empathy, education, and advocacy
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary hospice team
- Ensure comfort, dignity, and quality of life for every patient
What We’re Looking For
- Current Texas RN license
- Hospice or home health experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and patientfocused
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
