Merit Hospice is a locally owned and operated company looking to add to our team! Must be able to provide proof of auto insurance and have reliable transportation. Work Location: On the road
Required to start at 6 am.
Area Needed: Plano

Responsibilities:- Provide compassionate and personalized care to hospice patients
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation of patient care activities Skills:
- Experience in hospice care or a related healthcare setting is preferred
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems (e.g., Kinnser)
- Understanding of senior care principles and practices
- Proficiency in assisting patients with activities of daily living
- Knowledge of durable medical equipment (DME) and its proper use
