Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Service Advisor role based in Spokane, WA. The Service Advisor will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer-focused service. Key responsibilities will include managing communication with clients, assisting with aftersales requests, and ensuring an outstanding client experience. Most of all, this position will lead to being on track as a Financial Advisor / Planner while being mentored by the greatest team of professionals in the NW!
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and Customer Service
- Effective communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in providing support for aftersales needs and resolving client issues
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools is preferred
- Experience in financial services or a similar industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is strongly desired
