Director of AI Platforms (Hybrid)

Position OverviewThe Director of AI Platforms will lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise AI platforms that enable scalable, secure, and ethical adoption of artificial intelligence across the firm. This role focuses on technology enablement, ensuring the organization has the right infrastructure, tools, and standards to integrate AI into products and operations effectively. The Director will partner with engineering, data science, and security teams to deliver robust AI capabilities that align with business priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop a multi-year roadmap for AI adoption aligned with organizational goals.Define and maintain the enterprise AI platform strategy, ensuring scalability and interoperabilityEvaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend platform enhancementsOversee deployment and integration of AI platforms into existing systemsEnsure platforms meet performance, security, and compliance requirementsEstablish standards for ethical AI use, data privacy and regulatory complianceImplement monitoring and audit processes for AI systemsPartner with engineering and data teams to operationalize AI capabilitiesSupport product teams with technical guidance for AI integrationStay current on AI infrastructure trends and best practicesDrive initiatives to optimize platform performance and cost efficiencyQualificationsProven experience in AI strategy, platform architecture, and enterprise implementation.Strong understanding of compliance, cybersecurity, and risk management in AI contexts.Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and translate them into actionable business solutions.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Great problem-solving and communication skills

Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 Annual
