What You'll Do
- Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including customer service, retail sales, warehousing, logistics, inventory management, and purchasing.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence.
- Partner with sales teams to support customer retention, business growth, and branch profitability.
- Manage inventory, assets, expenses, and P&L performance to achieve operational and financial objectives.
- Promote a safe, collaborative, and accountable workplace culture while driving continuous improvement across the branch.
What You'll Bring
- Leadership experience in a distribution, warehouse, logistics, retail, or operations environment.
- A track record of driving operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business results.
- Experience managing inventory, fulfillment, purchasing, and day-to-day operations.
- Strong business acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and financial performance management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with technology and business systems
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Flooring industry experience, P&L management experience, and bilingual English/Spanish skills a plus.
