About The Role
We are looking for a high-energy, high-output Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across our growing café footprint. This role is critical as we scale from ~14 locations to 20 over the next 12–18 months.
This is not a sit-back recruiting role. This is high-volume, fast-paced hiring where speed, organization, and communication matter. You will be responsible for building strong pipelines, moving candidates quickly, and ensuring our café leaders are supported every step of the way.

What You’ll Do:Full-Cycle Recruiting (End-to-End Ownership)
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from job intake through offer acceptance
Partner with District Managers and Café Managers to understand hiring needs, timelines, and profiles
Post roles, source candidates, screen applicants, and manage interview scheduling
Guide hiring managers through structured, consistent interview processes
High-Volume Hiring Execution
Manage high requisition volume across multiple locations simultaneously
Maintain active pipelines for baristas, shift leads, assistant managers, and managers
Drive fast time-to-fill targets (goal: ~15 days for hourly roles)
Keep candidates moving—no bottlenecks, no lag
Candidate Experience
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates
Ensure timely communication, feedback, and a smooth interview process
Represent the company brand in a professional, engaging way
Process & Systems
Own and maintain ATS accuracy (candidate stages, notes, feedback)
Ensure hiring data is clean, trackable, and reportable
Continuously improve recruiting workflows and efficiency
What Success Looks Like
Roles are filled quickly and consistently across all markets
Hiring managers feel supported and not overwhelmed by recruiting
Strong candidate pipelines exist before roles become urgent
Clean, organized ATS with full visibility into hiring progress
Improved retention through better hiring quality and fit
What We’re Looking For
Experience
2–5 years of recruiting experience (high-volume preferred)
Experience hiring hourly or multi-location roles (retail, hospitality, food & beverage strongly preferred)
Proven ability to manage multiple roles and priorities at once
SkillsStrong organization and follow-through
Ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality
Clear, confident communication with both candidates and hiring managers
Data-driven mindset (pipeline tracking, time-to-fill, etc.)
