What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mover position at Merit and muscle movers?
- Load, unload, and transport furniture and boxes for residential and commercial moves
- Wrap and protect furniture and fragile items
- Provide friendly, professional service to customers
- Work as part of a small, tight-knit crew
What We’re Looking For
- Physically able to lift 75 lbs repeatedly and comfortably
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Punctual and dependable — no-shows hurt the whole crew
- Prior moving/warehouse/labor experience a plus, but not required
Pay & Schedule
- $20-33 hourly plus tips
- Flexible schedule, mostly daytime hours, weekends often available
- Pay per job, cash or direct deposit
