Role Description The Sales Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Doral, FL, supporting the sales team with daily administrative and coordination activities. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations and sales documents, maintaining and updating customer and sales data in CRM or other systems, and ensuring accurate data entry for orders and reports. The role also involves coordinating with internal departments on order processing, delivery status, and inventory information, as well as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing sales-related files. The Sales Administrative Assistant will assist with basic sales reporting, follow up on pending actions, and provide consistent, professional communication to internal stakeholders and external customers.
