This role is handson and essential to keeping orders moving accurately and on time, from receiving materials to packing and shipping finished products. Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Fulfillment Operations
- Receive, inspect, and put away incoming materials and promotional products
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare shipments with correct labels, documentation, and packaging
- Load and unload trucks; move materials using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)
Inventory & Organization
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Organize warehouse space to support efficient workflow
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
- Communicate issues, damages, or delays to supervisors promptly
Qualifications
- Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or production experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/move for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong computer skills for order tracking and inventory systems
- Forklift experience a plus (or willingness to be trained)
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
OUR OFFERINGS
- Competitive compensation, starting at $19 per hour with potential for higher pay based on experience and skills.
- $1,000 Sign-On Bonus paid after successful completion of a 90-day training and performance plan, including satisfactory attendance, performance, and safety expectations.
