- Optimize funnels with CRO tactics: landing pages, onboarding flows, trial/email sequences.
- Synthesize learnings into playbooks and scalable processes.
- Collaborate with product to drive virality, retention hooks, and monetization.
- 1 years of experience in early-stage SaaS, Consulting, or Banking.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with A/B testing, analytics tools, and tagging.
- Creative, experimental, and metrics-driven. Loves ideating and iterating fast.
- Technical enough to work with web/product teams (tracking, funnel instrumentation).
- Resourceful, independent, and unafraid to own entire growth loops.
